My plans to be a pediatric neurosurgeon are overridden by my desire to spend less time in school.
On a track & field scholarship, I decide to major in chemical engineering instead.
I graduate and start working for Procter & Gamble as a chemical engineer.
I LOVE working there. I learn what a healthy work culture looks like. I have a good mentor. I honestly think I’ll stay there until I retire.

I help lead a painful acquisition.
My mentor tells me I can “get bitter or get better.” I hate this advice—I wanted her to fire people. But I choose to get better. This moment is the seed of what will one day be Change Enthusiasm.
I go through yet another painful acquisition.
This time, I’m part of the company being acquired… and I’d just chosen to get sober. It’s brutal, but sobriety helps me learn to listen to my own emotional signals more closely.

I hear my intuition shouting—pulling me to something different.
I explore what it could be, asking mentors and friends. The direction is overwhelmingly clear. I should be standing on stages sharing my energy and delivering a powerful message.
I launch my first speaker website.
I’m trying to build a speaking business (and getting rejected left and right) while still leading multi-million dollar initiatives as a corporate executive. Slowly but surely, Change Enthusiasm is solidified in my mind, and I bring it to life through a keynote message.
2018
2019
I start speaking full-time.
The framework of Change Enthusiasm combined with the electric energy I carry it into the world with catches like wildfire. Organizations want more, and I want to give them more. But I realize I’m only one person… and learning & development is not my zone of genius.

Not Just a Model,
What began as a personal model for growing through change is now a movement that belongs to the world. Every day, I hear from individuals eager to use the mindset, skillset, and toolkits we’re bringing to life at CEG to transform themselves and their organizations. They’re turning emotions that once held them back into the fuel they need to achieve their goals. And they’re spreading the practice of Change Enthusiasm to their family, workplace, and even community.

Inspired by the incredible Cassandra Worthy and her movement/book Change Enthusiasm Global, we used an activity to find our 'first step.’ We identified a change we want to make but don't feel ready for, explored the feelings that surround it, and then determined the steps we can take to reach our desired outcome. It was so amazing to watch everyone work together, sharing their insights and supporting one another.

Helping others navigate change isn’t just about strategy—it’s about empathy, resilience, and unlocking opportunity. When we meet resistance with understanding, we accelerate adoption and build stronger, more adaptable teams. This certification from Change Enthusiasm Global strengthens my ability to lead through change by focusing on the emotional and values-driven side of the journey, which can often be overlooked.

After shadowing, producing, and co-facilitating my first session with an incredible participant group and amazing co-pilots 🙌, I’ve mastered the Change Enthusiasm® Mindset & C.H.A.N.G.E. Traits® Skillset — empowering me to lead others through their transformative programs.
Now I get to help leaders and teams reframe discomfort, bust biases (even the appliance kind), and turn change into their secret superpower. 🚀✨

Change is inevitable, but enthusiasm is a choice, and I’m excited to share that I’ve earned my Certified Change Enthusiast™ – Practitioner I credential from Change Enthusiasm Global to lean into that choice.

🌱 Change is inevitable. Growth is a choice.
I’m so excited to share a sneak peek into the Change Enthusiasm Community - an incredible group of people who lean into change instead of resisting it. 💡
Because when we choose growth, we choose possibility. 💜

The Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, said, "The only constant is change."
A few years back, I heard Cassandra Worthy speak on her change management philosophy called Change Enthusiasm and was sold! I'm proud to say, I am finally in the Change Growth Accelerator Experience, and I'm excited to share what I learn as a change practitioner.

As I prepare for a new job, I’ve been listening to Simon Sinek’s episode with the brilliant Cassandra Worthy from Change Enthusiasm Global where they explore the reality that change is inevitable but growth is always a choice. As I step into this next chapter, her insights remind me that it’s not just about the change of a new role but about the growth I choose to create within it. I highly recommend giving this episode a listen.

I live in Italy and would love to join, learn, and understand your change movement and bring it to Italy and/or Europe. I completely agree with what I have seen so far and it is what I keep underlining in my courses.

I love your fresh approach to change. Caribbean leaders need to be exposed to your perspectives.

What you do in terms of culture change and employee engagement aligns perfectly to what we’re looking to achieve within our leaders!

ALWAYS BE CHANGING - okay couldn’t resist a “Glengarry Glen Ross” quote. Finished a very satisfying #changemanagement course with the excellent folks at Change Enthusiasm Global, started by the incomparable Cassandra Worthy and filled with her trademark infectious energy and chutzpah. The experience was a wonderful pairing of individual reflection and a wonderfully curated mixed/live learning session with a great cohort that brought new insights.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Certified Change Enthusiast - Practitioner I from Change Enthusiasm Global.

Cassandra Worthy, you don’t just speak about change—you embody it. With heart, clarity, and unapologetic energy.
And I’m incredibly proud we got to turn some of that energy into something lasting: the Change Growth Scorecard — a new tool to help leaders and teams embrace change with more clarity, confidence, and humanity.
Building this together has been one of the most inspiring collaborations I’ve had.

Hey Sis - I wanted to reach out and say how much your message resonated with me on so many levels. You are THAT speaker I look up to all the way from “down under” (Australia). It’s your authenticity, your passion, your purpose, your humanness, your service, and your skill that I admire and am inspired by so much. Thank you for sharing so that others can hear their story in yours and have a chance to change.

Oh, wow @Cassandra Worthy, CGA was absolutely incredible! My biggest aha moment was realising that by learning emotional literacy (through the emotions wheel), we can pinpoint our emotions more precisely. That clarity can completely shift how we identify opportunities… because sometimes, missed opportunities come from misinterpreted emotions! I am definitely incorporating this practice in my human-centered design practices.

Last month, I became a Certified Change Enthusiasm Global Facilitator™ 🌎
I'm so proud to be a part of this global network of professionals helping people and companies navigate, and thrive, through change. Leveraging the power of their emotions, using their values as a compass and developing a mindset and a skillset to seize the opportunities that change presents ❤️🔥
Thank you Cassandra Worthy for being the force behind this movement!
